If a package is received damaged when delivered, DO NOT ACCEPT the package, Call StinkyBaby.com (973)812-9300 & inform us of the situation.

If after you receive the package & open it up & it is damaged, call StinkyBaby.com (973)812-9300 within 48 hours to set up a return. UPS will be called to inspect the package & pick it up. Your product that was damaged will be replaced by a new one.

If you receive the product & for whatever reason you do not like it, etc... and you want to send it back, you must  Call StinkyBaby.com (973)812-9300 for a return authorization & you will be charged a 20% re-stocking fee plus freight to return the item to the warehouse and our original freight cost even if it was free to you at the time.  That is what MrToys.com is charged to return products except in the case of damaged products.
